Guests Behaving Badly

Know who is staying at your place?

Guests Behaving Badly (GBB) provides the short-term accommodation industry with the ability to share information on bad guests while complying with all aspects of the National Privacy Principles as defined under the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

GBB Members access our online database allowing them to identify guests with a recorded history of anti-social, intimidatory and destructive behaviour whilst staying in short-term accomodation. GBB Members can also lodge verified complaints against hotel customers within the database.

GBB Software Partners

GBB is working with the following software and website providers allowing GBB Members to be automatically notified at time of booking if the registered guest has an entry on the GBB database.

Jules Lund from Australia longest running lifestyle series Getaway investigates Guests Behaving Badly, the hotel database that records unruly hotel guests. Click here to watch GBB on Getaway
